Senior Scrum Master / the software humanism person. As we're scaling up, I'm floating along up to overall process, teams and people person. Alignment and 'Drive' is known territory, worked with HR on continuous feedback setup. Have experience in facillitating teal governance. The overarching level is new for me, as is the link from feedback to compensation. Looking to learn from someone who's view on programming I greatly respect. Views on linking performance to compensation in a flat organization would be great. I work outside the Silicon Valleyesque scene, mainland Europe, where basic compensation is often still lacking. Equity is rare.
To add, I find myself rather suddenly in the position to do a better job than I have seen around me in the past. I'm grabbing all the oppprtunities to learn how to do so :)
